Supply Chain Manager – E‑Commerce, D2C

Role Overview

• Manage our supply chain in day-to-day operations
• Organize and coordinate our national and international transports
• Manage our fulfillment partners and inventory
• Ensure smooth shipping and returns processes
• Monitor lead times, costs and performance and resolve operational issues
• Continuous improvement and optimization
• Analyze and improve existing processes
• Establish clear structures, KPIs and SOPs
• Work closely with E‑Commerce, Procurement and Customer Success teams
• Support the expansion of our supply chain into new markets
• Select and develop logistics partners
• Contribute to automation and AI initiatives

Requirements

• Several years of experience in supply chain management within a D2C/B2C e‑commerce environment
• Solid experience with fulfillment, logistics coordination and external service providers
• Strong hands‑on mentality combined with a structured, independent working style
• Experience in dynamic, growth‑driven settings (e.g., startup, scale‑up)
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
