Role Overview
- Execute learning measurement activities leveraging the Kirkpatrick model
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring reports
- Analyze learning and people data across digital platforms
- Support the execution and ongoing delivery of onboarding programs
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for L&OD initiatives
- Support LMS strategy, execution, and ongoing oversight and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in learning analytics, program coordination, HR analytics, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with modern dashboards or analytics tools
- Ability to identify trends and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
