Support implementation of strategic communications strategies that align to and support our business goals
Serve as a trusted adviser and partner to senior leaders
Work with key stakeholders to develop and share a steady stream of content across multiple internal channels
Partner closely with cross-functional teams
Provide support for ongoing change communications
Work with fellow internal communications and multimedia team members to build relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
Minimum 5-7+ years of internal communications experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Technology, R&D, or Product-led organizations
Exceptional ability to take complex Product Roadmaps, Engineering milestones, and Data Science concepts and translate them into clear, engaging narratives
Proven track record of executing internal comms strategies in Agile or high-growth tech environments
Experience acting as a strategic partner to Chief Product Officers (CPOs), CTOs, and Engineering Leads
Strong project management skills with familiarity in tech-stack tools; including Google Suite
