Role Overview
- lead the creation and alignment of integrated medical communication strategies
- drive the development and execution of comprehensive Integrated Medical Communication Plans
- partner with medical directors and key collaborators to devise congress strategies
- create scientific and digital communication materials
- assess medical education gaps and develop tailored content
- oversee the medical review process for accuracy and compliance
- manage project budgets and timelines
Requirements
- must have a PhD, MD, or PharmD
- at least 8 years of relevant medical communication experience
- demonstrated expertise in medical communication strategies, congress planning, scientific content development, and medical education
- strong project management skills
- ethical integrity
- ability to work in a matrix organization
