The Regional Press Brake Sales Manager is responsible for driving press brake sales throughout the Upper Midwest region (ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI)
Work closely with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and Regional Sales Representatives (RSRs) to perform front-line sales, engage with customers, and close orders
Conduct live demonstrations of press brakes, highlighting performance and value to prospective clients
Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers across the assigned states
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order close
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, and marketing) to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in press brake sales or closely related capital equipment sales
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong understanding of press brake systems, tooling, and applications
Experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
