Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document opportunities for automation and AI
Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using tools like UiPath Studio or Power Automate
Integrate automation and AI solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, enterprise platforms, and third-party software
Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancement
Develop and execute test cases to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation and AI solutions
Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation and AI solutions
Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, data security and privacy regulations, and internal architecture and development standards

3+ years of experience in RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform)
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Hub, and relevant libraries
Experience developing and deploying AI models, intelligent agents, or ML pipelines
Strong understanding of automation and AI concepts, best practices, and methodologies
Experience in integrating solutions with REST APIs and cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud
Strong experience with relational databases and proficiency in SQL or similar query languages
Advanced debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills across development environments
Familiarity with source control (e.g., GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with agile development practices using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
