Role Overview
Leading a team of repair professionals within London M25 area
Providing on-site customer service
Planning and managing field service operations
Ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance
Promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer
Striving to exceed customer expectations
Requirements
Managerial experience in engineering/service business
Excellent communication skills
Good organisational skills
Financial management experience (P&L)
Lift industry knowledge preferred but not mandatory
Good IT skills
Good technical understanding and knowledge of local business practices
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Strong Customer relationship management
