Design the GPS for the world’s most complex organizations
Act as the critical link between design and engineering, leveraging Figma tokens, variables, and Figma Connect to ensure our design system scales seamlessly
Lead the design hypotheses and high-fidelity prototyping for complex modules like Dynamic Impact Analysis
Conduct and synthesize user research to ensure every design choice solves a real customer pain point
Contribute to a high-performance culture built on mentorship, candid feedback, and collective success
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user needs with technical feasibility
Evolve our shared design system by creating consistent, scalable components
Engage in feedback cycles and critiques to elevate the quality of the entire team’s output
Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation

You have a proven track record in product design, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
You are an expert in Figma (variables, tokens) and have a passion for building robust design systems that empower engineering
You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of building from the ground up
You can translate complex architectural ideas into clear, actionable design plans for stakeholders at all levels.
