Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Mentor Technical Consultants through their first projects, and delegate solutioning as needed
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM
Review technical requirements to assess estimates to be used in Statements of Work for our clients
Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues
Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience across the following disciplines: UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, Custom Application Development
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM
Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Integration Development
Experience in business analysis, specification and requirement documentation, quality assurance, and testing
Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work
