About this role

Provide engineering expertise and guidance in modeling, HDD design, M&R design, and permitting
Oversee all project phases, including scope development, design, materials procurement, and permitting
Work closely with project managers and staff to ensure QA/QC reviews meet standards
Conduct site visits and participate in technical/progress review meetings
Lead, train, develop, and appraise divisional employees
Perform feasibility assessments and make strategic recommendations
Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with safety policies

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
At least seven (7) years of related experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Proficiency with CAD and GIS software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS)
Expertise in modeling, HDD design, M&R design, linear transmission/distribution, MAOP, and permitting
Strong understanding of profit & loss statements and budget management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel and work extended hours for project assignments and meetings
