About this role
Role Overview
Lead and facilitate analysis workshops to understand business needs and define functional specifications
Configure and set up the solution during short interventions (1–2 days)
Execute functional tests to ensure the solution meets client expectations
Train users and support their skills development
Handle incoming requests remotely and manage a portfolio of clients
Perform post-deployment follow-up to verify correct operation of the solution
Contribute to functional support by providing clear and effective responses
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Knowledge of HR management (career management, skills management, training and recruitment)
Strong understanding of key concepts related to skills development
Ability to understand and analyze a training plan
Experience with an HRIS, ideally Lucca
Recent experience implementing HR solutions is a plus
Organized and able to work autonomously
Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication
Strong adaptability and analytical skills
