Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
Evaluate current targeting strategies, gaps, and opportunities
Analyze existing customer segments
Define a digital sales process that enables broader customer coverage
Research and evaluate tools and data sources
Support the development of digital demand content
Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) preferred
