Provide professional therapeutic support and consultation to oncologists in hospitals and outpatient practices
Analyze and evaluate available market data, for example by conducting market and potential analyses and identifying market opportunities
Consistently implement company strategy and measures to ensure achievement of targets
Develop account plans and manage the allocated budget
Execute account strategies and plans in compliance with all regulations
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding stakeholder insights and information
Develop innovative training and education concepts based on current customer needs
Participate in congresses, sponsorships and events to maintain and develop customer relationships
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a natural science, a comparable qualification, or certified pharmaceutical representative
Several years of field-based experience supporting specialist physicians and experience in oncology or other specialty care areas / specialist medical care
Solid product, market and customer knowledge and an understanding of health policy contexts
Confident presence with persuasiveness and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations
Strong communication skills, strong customer orientation, high commitment and self-initiative
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
