- Oversee enterprise infrastructure service lines, including network and data center operations
- Drive financial and operational performance and client satisfaction
- Engage with client management and internal teams regularly
- Participate in strategic business development and leverage the full Unisys portfolio
- Manage leaders of leaders and develop external talent pipelines
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
- 10+ years professional services experience in global IT managed services
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Industry certifications preferred
- Experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) preferred
- Participation in professional associations
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Advanced prioritization and delegation skills
- Experience managing third-party suppliers
