Execute and manage HVAC projects end-to-end at client sites
Drive site execution, coordination with contractors and OEMs, quality and safety compliance, scheduling, documentation, and handover activities
Supervise and coordinate installation, testing and commissioning of chillers, pumps, AHUs/FCUs, ducting, insulation, and accessories as per drawings and standards
Manage subcontractors, verify progress, certify measurements, and track work against plan
Plan and execute pressure testing, flushing & chemical cleaning, vacuuming, charging
Prepare O&M manuals, test certificates, and handover dossiers; support DLP/warranty calls
Primary site contact for client PMC/consultant; attend review meetings and site audits.
Coordinate with OEMs for chillers/pumps/AHUs and BMS integrators for controls interface.

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related)
Strong understanding of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs/FCUs, ducting, hydronic piping, valves, and controls/BMS interfaces
Proficient in reading MEP drawings, schematics, and creating as-builts
Familiar with pressure testing, flushing, chemical cleaning, commissioning, TAB
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (scheduling), MS Excel/PowerPoint
Awareness of ISHRAE/ASHRAE, NBC, and local statutory requirements.
