Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective freight forwarding and dispatching.
Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and shipping and receiving activities to maintain accurate stock levels and efficient workflows.
Collaborate with international logistics partners to facilitate cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery.
Process and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and vendors to confirm order accuracy and delivery schedules.
Monitor and resolve any logistical issues or delays, communicating proactively with project teams to minimize impact on construction timelines.

A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a coordination or support role.
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
Proven knowledge of logistics management, freight forwarding, dispatching, and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
