You will work on HVAC and plumbing assignments within a design office, handling technical engineering from the design phase through to construction for public building projects.
You will be the day-to-day manager of a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 people.
Carry out technical design studies in coordination with the project manager and architectural teams.
Assist the project manager during the site supervision phase.
Requirements
Engineering degree or Master’s (M2) in HVAC/Building Services Engineering (génie climatique)
10 years’ experience in design office work (design and construction supervision for HVAC-plumbing scopes)
Team management skills
Experience in building thermal engineering, sanitary plumbing, special fluids, and BMS (Building Management Systems) is desirable
