About this role
Role Overview
- You will work on HVAC and plumbing assignments within a design office, handling technical engineering from the design phase through to construction for public building projects.
- You will be the day-to-day manager of a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 people.
- Carry out technical design studies in coordination with the project manager and architectural teams.
- Assist the project manager during the site supervision phase.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master’s (M2) in HVAC/Building Services Engineering (génie climatique)
- 10 years’ experience in design office work (design and construction supervision for HVAC-plumbing scopes)
- Team management skills
- Experience in building thermal engineering, sanitary plumbing, special fluids, and BMS (Building Management Systems) is desirable
- Fluent English
