About this role
Role Overview
- Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects
- Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software
- Serve as the primary point of contact for flooring service inquiries
- Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager
- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales
- Flooring, construction, or design knowledge is advantageous
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Be computer literate and self-motivated
- Strong drive to succeed and competitive spirit
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Pay attention to detail and possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking confidently in public
