Director, Procurement

Role Overview

• Oversee the procurement of critical commodities and services supporting utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
• Direct and oversee the comprehensive procurement strategy for HV breakers and transformers, including managing RFQs, RFIs, offer evaluations, documentation workflows, negotiation and execution of supply agreements.
• Lead the development and execution of logistics procurement initiatives.
• Manage national and international quality control services and manufacturing inspections.
• Support on the procurement of PV modules, BESS, and solar trackers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and manage all contracts related to equipment procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years year of experience in the procurement for technical equipment for industrial projects.
• Experience in renewable energy or HV electrical equipment is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
