Partner with the Product Owner (PO) to understand integration requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Conduct stakeholder interviews with both internal teams and external partners to gather integration needs and constraints.
Analyze existing systems, APIs, and data flows to identify integration points, limitations, and opportunities.
Define and document integration requirements, including API specifications, data mapping documents, and technical acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the PO and development team to ensure integration requirements are properly implemented.
Create and maintain integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and process flows.
Facilitate technical workshops and meetings with integration partners to resolve interface challenges and ensure alignment.
Monitor integration performance metrics and track data quality across systems.
Support integration testing, deployment, and rollout procedures.
Provide ongoing support for live integrations, including troubleshooting and enhancement requests.
Assist the PO in prioritizing integration backlog items based on technical dependencies and business impact.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the complexity, effort, and potential value of new integrations.
Identify and manage integration-specific risks related to security, compliance, and performance.
Track integration milestones and coordinate dependencies across multiple systems and teams.
Clearly communicate business requirements across technical teams and business stakeholders.
Continuously improve analytical thinking, product understanding, and requirements gathering techniques.
Align business requirements with product and technical teams, ensuring stakeholder needs are accurately captured and translated.
Manage stakeholders involved in requirements gathering and validation. Collaborate with POs, PMs, and developers to translate business needs into clear requirements.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Requirements
Experience in business analysis within product or technology teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create clear documentation and support rollout activities.
