Partner with senior leaders and People teams to support communications around strategy, transformation, and organisational change.
Develop high-quality written content including leadership messages, campaigns, toolkits, and presentations.
Plan and manage communications calendars to ensure timely and coordinated delivery.
Use insight and engagement metrics to continuously improve communications effectiveness.
Provide counsel and guidance to stakeholders on best practice internal communications approaches.
Line manage or oversee communications support where required and contribute to wider team priorities.

Proven experience in internal or colleague communications, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative, confident, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Experience using internal communications platforms and digital tools.
Desirable: Experience delivering communications for organisational change or transformation programmes.
Familiarity with engagement analytics and insight-led communications.
Line management or coaching experience.
