About this role
Role Overview
Manage pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through resolution
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance
Monitor case progress and ensure clients move efficiently through each phase
Log activities and communications accurately in the CRM system
Support attorneys and team members with additional administrative and case-related tasks as needed
Collect, organize, and upload client documents accurately
Request, track, and manage medical records and related documentation
Handle approximately 16 to 30 client calls per day
Requirements
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proactive and self-motivated work style
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Comfortable handling regular inbound and outbound client calls
Strong sense of accountability and work ethic
Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity
