About this role
Role Overview
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through resolution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance
- Monitor case progress and ensure clients move efficiently through each phase
- Log activities and communications accurately in the CRM system
- Support attorneys and team members with additional administrative and case-related tasks as needed
- Collect, organize, and upload client documents accurately
- Request, track, and manage medical records and related documentation
- Handle approximately 16 to 30 client calls per day
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Proactive and self-motivated work style
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Comfortable handling regular inbound and outbound client calls
- Strong sense of accountability and work ethic
