Create and maintain accurate technical packs for assigned activewear styles, including specs, point of measure (POM), construction details, and technical sketches.
Learn and adopt the company PLM system quickly, entering and updating style data accurately and on time.
Maintain calendar dates for tech pack creation, sample review, fit sessions, and revision deadlines to support fast-fashion development timelines.
Measure samples and evaluate garments through development stages, including prototype, fit sample, size set, and wear test, under the guidance of the Technical Design Manager.
Attend fit sessions, capture detailed notes, and deliver clear fit comments to cross-functional partners and vendors within 3 business days of each session.
Support fit consistency across assigned styles by applying approved blocks, grading standards, and brand fit expectations for activewear.
Review stretch, recovery, compression, support, coverage, and movement-related construction details to help ensure product performs as intended.
Create and revise technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator to clearly communicate garment construction, seam placement, paneling, trims, and branding placement.
Track tech pack revisions, sample status, and pending updates from Design, Product Development, Quality, and factories/vendors to ensure version accuracy and timely follow-up.
Communicate professionally with factories/vendors regarding measurement questions, construction corrections, fit updates, and approval comments.
Partner cross-functionally to flag risks, inconsistencies, missing information, or delays early so issues can be resolved before calendar impact.
Support quality and fit consistency by checking that specs, tolerances, and construction details align with approved standards and communicated changes.
Provide technical and fit-related product feature information for website and e-commerce product pages, ensuring details are accurate, consumer-friendly, and aligned with approved garment specifications.
Maintain organized digital records for assigned styles, including fit history, spec updates, revision pages, and seasonal reference files.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Development, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
2-4 years of technical design experience in apparel, preferably in activewear, athleisure, or performance categories.
Experience creating and updating tech packs, specs, POMs, and construction details.
Working knowledge of garment fit, measurement, grading, and apparel construction.
Understanding of activewear product requirements, including stretch fabrics, support, mobility, and body-contouring fit considerations.
Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced, calendar-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and factories/vendors.
Ability to attend fit sessions, document changes clearly, and turn fit comments quickly.
