Role Overview
- Build, maintain, and publish the rolling demand forecast
- Improve Forecast Accuracy and Bias through statistical baselines
- Align with Sales & Marketing on promotional lifts and innovation plans
- Drive structural improvements in run strategy, MOQ alignment, and supply hygiene
- Collaborate effectively with external partners and lead internal cross functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
- Experience in demand planning or integrated planning roles; CPG or retail strongly preferred
- Direct to consumer / ecommerce experience valued
- Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with planning/analytics tools
- NetSuite / Oracle a plus
- Comfort with Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Understanding of statistical forecasting concepts (seasonality, trend, promo lifts)
