About this role
Role Overview
Provide strategic support for the assigned business area
Execute strategic business management consulting to leaders by analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies
Driving business management policies and routines
Central point of contact for leaders in execution of business management tasks
Day-to-day technical/functional expert in assigned area
Make decisions on tactical issues that impact the business
Maintain and support implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy
Implement process improvements
Analyze and report on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics
Support business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items
Drive and oversee meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives
Influence the development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones
Requirements
5+ years required, 7+ years preferred in business management skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and think critically
Excellent project management capabilities for complex, large-scale initiatives
Demonstrated business performance measurement experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong tolerance for ambiguity while maintaining focus on results
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise content for all levels
Demonstrated skill in influencing senior leadership
Effective development and delivery of key messages
Strong relationship building across all organizational levels
Collaborative approach within geographically distributed teams
Strategic thinker who effectively navigates cross-functional environments
Commitment to continuous improvement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
