Review analyst output and help uphold a consistently high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and presentation quality
Draft and refine client materials such as pitch books, teasers, CIMs, management presentations, buyer lists, and process communications
Support origination activities through pitch development, market mapping, target identification, and outreach efforts
Support execution across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments from initial pitch through closing
Manage diligence processes, virtual data rooms, diligence trackers, and coordination across clients, counterparties, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
Contribute to broader firm-building initiatives, including recruiting, training, and process improvement efforts
Conduct company, industry, buyer, and investor research to help inform transaction positioning and business development
Build, maintain, and audit detailed financial models, including operating models, valuation work, LBOs, public comps, accretion/dilution analyses, and precedent transaction analyses
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished, client-ready materials
2–6 years of investment banking experience with meaningful exposure to sell-side M&A, capital raising, or strategic advisory work
Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record
Ability to work with urgency, manage multiple workstreams, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities
Demonstrated experience supporting transactions from pitch phase through closing
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PitchBook, and other standard investment banking tools
Series 79 and 63 licenses
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and effective process management skills
