Provide onsite technical support across a range of customer environments throughout the South of the UK
Hardware Break-Fix & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair faults on laptops, desktops, and printers/MFPs
Perform component-level replacements and preventative maintenance on IT equipment
Carry out intrusive and diagnostic-level repairs on printers and MFP devices
Provide onsite end-user support for Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications
Troubleshoot user-reported incidents through to resolution
Provide basic networking support, assist remote teams, and support IT room organisation

Minimum 3 years field service experience
Strong experience in IT hardware break-fix, deskside support, and intrusive printer/MFP repair (essential)
Proven ability to diagnose and repair hardware faults independently
Solid understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 penalty points)
Willingness to undertake significant travel and driving
Flexibility to work early starts and late finishes where required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Must either hold current SC clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain SC clearance
