Own all product development for sacred clothing, including garments and temple clothing.
Manage a team of three other product managers and designers.
Understand unmet and customer/audience needs for clothing products.
Partner with designers inside and outside the church to create new products and adjust existing clothing products.
Balance stakeholder requirements with customer needs.
Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog of product requirements.
Product launch and adoption for all targeted audiences.
Develop core product communication, messaging, and positioning by audiences.
Establish, monitor, and report product metrics.
Partner with Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory levels to meet supply/demand.

Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline.
9 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects or initiatives.
Ability to identify, define, and solve complex problems.
Ability to influence strategy to address business needs.
History of being a top performer in previous work assignments.
Proven ability to advocate change and influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to accomplish work with minimal supervision.
Preferred: Master's degree.
