3–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong working knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), and performance marketing
Someone who is highly seasoned in managing and executing campaigns end-to-end
Proven experience handling multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize accordingly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
