Manage and oversee of assigned clients’ portfolio together with timely task completion.
Contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance of clients’ activities within different jurisdictions.
Support clients with their legal queries and concerns by providing suitable solutions to their enquiry.
Actively support during life cycle events of clients’ companies.
Act as the primary point of contact for junior team members, provide coaching, training, work delegation, and quality review of deliverables.
Arrange, participate and lead Board meetings for clients’ entities.
Attend and lead clients’ operational calls.
Provide regular performance/operational updates to clients and senior management.
Communicate with Clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide.
Prepare and review of corporate legal documentation (e.g. minutes, deeds, resolutions, agreements etc.).
Requirements
Graduate in business and/or corporate law and have ideally 2-3 years’ post qualification experience in a similar position gained within a corporate services provider or a law firm would be advantageous.
Highly organized and accurate, self
motivated and eager to take ownership of assigned Client portfolio.
Effective when working within a team as well as individually.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and responding to clients’ requests in coordination with the account manager.
Client-focused, service-oriented with a dynamic approach.
Excellent communication skills and fluent level of English.
