Negotiate and draft complex B2B, IT and data protection agreements with national and international clients.
Act as the point of contact for data protection questions and related IT law matters.
Work on contract templates, guidelines and legal processes to increase efficiency within the Legal team.
Collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders across different departments and countries.
Take responsibility for legal issues that are important for the company’s growth.
Requirements
Law degree (fully qualified lawyer – preferably with the Second State Examination; alternatively LL.M. or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience)
At least 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in IT, data protection and/or commercial law – ideally in a software company.
Excellent German and English skills.
Ability to find pragmatic solutions and to assess and weigh risks effectively.
Experience negotiating and drafting IT, SaaS, data protection and commercial contracts.
