Conduct data-driven reporting and continuously optimize marketing performance.
Strategically plan and optimize all performance channels (Paid Social, SEA/SEO, Influencer Marketing, CRO).
Develop and optimize CRM strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, fashion or consumer goods
5+ years of leadership experience with proven success building and developing marketing teams
Demonstrable successes in brand building, positioning and campaign development with measurable business impact
Performance Marketing: deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (Google), Influencer Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization
Analytics & Data: confident with attribution models, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), Excel and data-driven reporting
International Marketing: experience in market entry, localization and multi-market campaigns
Budget Management: several years of responsibility for multi-million marketing budgets
Team Leadership: proven track record in hiring, talent development and leading cross-functional teams
Brand Strategy: expertise in brand architecture, positioning and integrated campaign development
Fluent in German and English with strong presentation skills to C-level and teams
