Functional analysis: Support and advise clients on the feasibility and functional appropriateness of requests
Analyze the current system and identify gaps between requirements and the software solution
Write detailed functional specifications and obtain client sign-off
Prepare and oversee functional and user acceptance testing
Development and testing: Design screen mockups and functional prototypes
Write and execute acceptance and regression tests
Contribute to the preparation of functional test plans in coordination with the QA team
Project management: Lead client workshops to manage the project operationally; track milestones and deliverables and raise alerts in case of risks or deviations
Participate in and support the Product Owner in managing the roadmap
Requirements
Degree equivalent to Bac+4 (or higher) in Computer Science
Essential expertise in the insurance sector (products, policy administration, claims, endorsements, accounting, etc.), ideally acquired at a software vendor
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst; strong interpersonal skills when engaging with business stakeholders; proven ability to write clear, effective user stories
Work closely with the development team in an Agile environment, and with clients
Project management skills and experience supporting clients (re-aligning functional requirements, managing complex situations such as delayed deliveries, etc.)
