Jack Henry & Associates is a technology company focused on redefining how community banks and credit unions connect with their customers. They are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to lead the installation and implementation of full-service credit card processing systems, manage multiple projects, and optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading, installing, and implementing full-service credit card processing systems for JHA Clientele using established PMI project management methodologies
- This Business Analyst will work on moderately complex to complex projects and work assignments. Will help define, document, and publish processes as it relates to the full-service credit card platform
- Ability to manage multiple types of projects assigned at one time; stays on track and keeps project documentation updated and meets required timelines
- This Business Analyst will be client, vendor and core processor facing as part of their projects
- This Business Analyst will work independently under general supervision
- Exercises sound judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Looks for opportunities to optimize practices and processes
- Supports collection and interpretation of business information
- May perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with MasterCard or Visa Credit Card Products/Processing
- Minimum 3 years of experience with MasterCard or Visa Credit Card platform installations
- Experience in credit card platform installs, good communication skillset, as well as strong knowledge in documentation and project management
- Experience in the payment processing industry
- Credit Card processing conversion experience that requires migrating data from one platform to another
- Project Management Certifications such as the PMP or CAPM
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
