Sales Operations Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions

Role Overview

• Build, document, and optimize scalable sales processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks
• Manage sales compensation programs, including commission structures and incentive plans
• Oversee CRM systems and sales technology platforms, ensuring strong data integrity
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance metrics
• Support forecasting and budgeting through pipeline analysis and operational insights
• Provide operational sales support and deal desk oversight, ensuring regulatory adherence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a structured, performance-driven sales environment
• Strong understanding of sales compensation structures, reporting, and operational analytics
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales technology platforms, with a focus on data accuracy and usability
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
