Role Overview
Collaborate closely with unit leaders to anticipate staffing needs, maintain competency alignment across units, and drives quality, safety, and patient experience outcomes across all areas served by the float pool.
Manage staffing and budget operations, including scheduling, FTE oversight, performance management, and operating budgets for both departments.
Foster a culture of adaptability and staffing flexibility to support unit needs.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN), Required
Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred
Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred
RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
