Strategic portfolio development
Contribute to roadmap creation
Product conceptualization including the creation of product concepts, business cases, competitive analyses, and specifications
Market analyses, trend research, and competitor comparisons
Product optimization based on external feedback and market analyses
Management of the product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle
Project-based collaboration with development
Interface management with marketing, sales, and procurement regarding the product portfolio
Coordination of development-related tasks such as item setup, packaging, and compliance topics
Launch support including product presentations, feature communication, etc.
Analysis of performance metrics within the portfolio

Degree in business administration or a technical field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in product management
Strong customer
and value-orientation, with experience in the consumer goods sector
Strong analytical, conceptual, and presentation skills, and a high level of initiative
Ability to work independently
Willingness to take on responsibility
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems desirable
