Requirements
- 4-6 years of design/art direction experience
- Superior design and conceptual skills
- Proficient in Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Self Motivated
- Experience in both digital and print
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to brainstorm in large groups and push ideas forward
- A strong portfolio of work
