Working alongside a small and friendly group of people to own our overall brand and bring it to life through all kinds of B2B marketing projects including: Website layouts, UX, and animations
Videos for customer stories, exec interviews and product demos
Presentations for events, sales meetings and internal use
Ad-style graphics, including social cards and GIFs, email headers, landing page headers
Document layouts for white papers, brochures and data sheets
Event materials, including stands, screens, t-shirts and swag
Illustrations and diagrams to communicate various business concepts
Collaborating with Senior Designer to innovate and help take the brand to the next level
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing for web, animation, and print, ideally in a B2B marketing environment.
Strategic perspective on graphic design and how it should contribute to user experience, marketing effectiveness, and business outcomes.
Confidence in multiple design disciplines including layout, motion design, illustration, brand utilization, and typography.
Curiosity and ability to learn and build off of existing materials and collaborate with the content marketing team to create professional, on-brand work.
Ability to take direction from senior team members and learn from for future projects
Attention to detail and ability to follow existing brand guidelines.
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to take briefs, discuss concepts, and present your work.
You’ll need the confidence to work on technical topics with subject matter experts.
Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Figma, the Adobe Suite, and Google Suite
