Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, ticket management, and purchasing activities
Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding, contract tracking, and related documentation
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and audit requirements
Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation
Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to improve spend and process visibility
Support data-driven insights and continuous process improvements
Support and maintain procurement systems and tools
Assist with workflow configuration, testing, and documentation of system changes
Help implement and drive adoption of process and system improvements across teams
Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation
Partner with Finance, Legal, and business teams to gather requirements and support procurement initiatives
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for procurement system users
Act as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day process and system issues

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products; experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred
Strong systems-thinking mindset with natural curiosity about tools and processes
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working in evolving environments while maintaining structure and follow-through
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate needs and solutions across teams
