Role Overview
- Lead the creation and execution of IT controls solutions and Service Organization Control (SOC) reports.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit work and compliance with standards.
- Analyze complex issues in IT environments to provide actionable insights and solutions.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to build high-performing teams.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the company's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field; CPA and/or CISA certification is required
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit, specifically in IT-related controls assurance (ITGC, ITAC)
- With solid experience in SOX audits
- Currently functioning at the Manager level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Can start immediately
