Design and deliver brand aligned materials across marketing, sales, and internal touchpoints
Create and maintain case studies, proposals, pitch decks, and other client facing materials
Design visual assets for marketing initiatives including social media, campaigns, events, and digital content
Support the creation of sales and growth materials that clearly communicate Fluxon’s capabilities and work
Contribute to brand evolution by creating new visual assets, templates, and design explorations
Produce lightweight motion, animation, or dynamic visuals when helpful for storytelling or marketing materials
Apply and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with designers, growth team members, and other stakeholders to deliver clear and effective visual communication
Prepare and hand off files for digital use, publishing, or production
Stay up to date with branding, marketing design, and visual communication trends, bringing ideas to the team
Requirements
4+ years of hands on experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
Proven experience working on real world design projects across multiple formats (presentations, marketing assets, case studies, social media, motion and digital)
Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition
Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) in a professional environment. Experience with animation and motion tools
Ability to apply and scale existing brand guidelines thoughtfully and consistently, with attention to detail
Comfortable owning design tasks from brief to delivery, while collaborating and iterating with feedback
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
Motivation to continue growing as a versatile designer and contribute to the evolution of Fluxon’s brand and visual presence
Adapt quickly to different design needs as Fluxon grows, supporting brand, marketing, and business development initiatives.
