About this role
Role Overview
Own end-to-end delivery of client-facing and internal transformation projects
Leading project initiation — drafting Project Charters, RACI matrices, and facilitating kick-off sessions
Running discovery sessions with clients and partners to validate requirements and acceptance criteria
Building and managing detailed project plans, critical path analysis, and risk registers
Structuring governance and controls aligned with the organisation's project management framework
Chairing Project Steering Committees, stand-ups, and cross-functional checkpoint meetings
Identifying, prioritising, and escalating risks and issues in a timely manner
Managing scope, schedule, and budget changes through formal change control
Coordinating resources across departments and reporting on project performance to senior stakeholders
Producing regular status reports and maintaining complete, auditable project documentation
Leading retrospectives and formal project closure activities
Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in a technology or financial services environment
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
Strong command of project management methodologies — Agile/Scrum and PMBOK/Waterfall
Experience managing cross-border projects in a multi-time-zone, international context
Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management
Proficient with project management tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent)
Excellent stakeholder management — able to influence and align at senior levels
Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) — required for all internal and client-facing communication
