Partner with Technology, Data, and Operations teams to leverage automation, analytics, RPA, AI, and emerging technologies to improve performance outcomes.
Collaborate across Operations, Client Delivery, Technology, Finance, and Clinical teams to remove systemic blockers and enable sustainable execution.
Establish clear governance, KPIs, and success metrics for optimization initiatives.

Extensive experience leading process optimization, operational improvement, or transformation in a complex healthcare or regulated environment.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end revenue cycle or similarly complex operational systems.
Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes through process redesign and standardization.
Executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
Preferred Experience leveraging automation, analytics, RPA, AI, or machine learning to improve operations.
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
Experience working across multi‑client, multi‑site, or enterprise healthcare environments.
Advanced usage of AI, success in translating AI into Business outcomes, and the ability to move teams from experimentation to scale.
