Role Overview
- Perform the task of benefit education and validation
- Handle accurate verification and calculation of patient liabilities
- Assess and collect patient liabilities including copays, deductibles, co-insurance and balances
- Visit patient’s room to collect estimated patient liability
- Make follow-up phone calls to patients and send letters detailing liability options
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
