Provide timely and accurate support for all tax-related requests, with a 100% satisfaction rate from internal and external stakeholders, within the first 5 days after the end month.
Actively support internal and external requirements, receiving positive feedback on organization and responsiveness.
Reduce the month-end close process to 8/9 calendar day within the first six months.
Efficiently manage the reconciliation of assigned accounts, completing them within the 6 calendar day.
Implement at least two process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy, with measurable reductions in processing time.
Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets areas, delivering insightful financial analysis that contributes to key initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in Accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting processing in a medium or large organization
Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, preferably Netsuite).
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Outstanding Analytical and Process enhancement skills
High level of accuracy in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
Ability to run complex financial data analysis and provide actionable insights.
Implements process improvement using AI
Strong analytical skills to identify financial discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve efficiency
