Role Overview
Develop professional relationships with clients
Guide clients through increasing online presence
Maintain customer relationships and promote services
Communicate effectively about services and their value
Manage accounts focusing on revenue growth and retention
Provide customer service and handle inquiries
Conduct monthly reporting calls with clients
Work with production team for client onboarding
Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
Identify retention risk and provide solutions
Participate in educational opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of Customer Service experience
1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
Experience working with a CRM preferred
Excellent Time management and Organizational skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Adaptable, Energetic, Team-Player Attitude
Ability to type 45 wpm
Ability to multitask efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
