The person will create generative AI solutions for conversational products using WhatsApp and Twilio, including direct involvement in prompt engineering, software engineering, data analysis, and model development.
We work in an agile model with a constant focus on results through experiments and short validation cycles. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys and is comfortable working in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment with excellent software engineering practices.

Experience with Python, designing and experimenting with ML or AI models;
Conduct consistent, clear quantitative analyses, from problem framing to presentation of results;
Document and communicate data-driven insights to colleagues from different backgrounds;
Participate in rapid iteration cycles related to training/tuning, testing, and deployment of models;
Basic knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering;
Familiarity with NLP techniques, information retrieval, and optimization;
Comfortable with strong software engineering practices;
Familiarity with CI and CD deployment routines;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Florianópolis, SC, Brazil.
