Develop a variety of learning offerings: eLearnings, workshops, videos, AI-enabled practice scenarios.
Leverage AI tools to create personalized learning experiences.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology or high-growth corporate environment.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Formal training in instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational development, or relevant specialized certifications as a plus.
Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva, Camtasia or other video editing software, Articulate, and AI-powered course/content authoring tools.
Must be able to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously.
Strong visual storytelling and design skills; portfolio of relevant sample content required at application.
