About this role
Role Overview
- Lead large-scale Operations Digitalization and AI-led transformation across core Operations units including Trade Finance, Compliance, Retail Banking Operations, Corporate Banking Operations, and Shared Services.
- Define and execute the Agentic AI and AI/ML engineering vision for Operations.
- Ensure business outcomes are realized through scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions.
- Act as a bridge between Operations, Technology, and Data.
- Ensure all project milestones are completed within planned Schedule and budget with minimum risks.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience
- Domain Knowledge in Financial Services
- Functional and technology knowledge on applications within the cluster
- Exposure of developing and supporting large complex systems
- Latest technology trends the relevant cluster
- Cross border team management experience
- Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Certification in technology will be added advantage
